Montrose, Colo. (AP) A Ridgway man arrested last may in connection with a 2006 killing is scheduled to appear in court Monday for arraignment.
Twenty-seven-year-old Jeremy Hodges faces first-degree murder charges in the death of Steven Kublin. The body of the 50-year-old Kublin was found burned on a trail near a Montrose landfill in November 2006.
Hodges waived his right to a preliminary hearing last month in Montrose.
His attorney said there had been discussions with prosecutors, but it was unclear whether a plea agreement was being negotiated.
