A Grand Junction man has filed an appeal with the city over a decision to let a strip club move forward with plans to get a liquor license.

Michael MacFarlane testified at the planning commission's public hearing on February 24th. At the hearing the commission granted the club's developer a permit to apply for a liquor license.

Now MacFarlane is asking the city to overturn its decision .

The controversial strip club has been debated for more than six months and has been ruled on by the planning commission three times.
MacFarland's appeal makes it the third one.
