A high profile murder case is making its way back through the judicial process in western Colorado. Michael Blagg's attorneys are continuing their fight for a retrial.

In a hearing today, Blagg's attorneys said they'd like to see more documents relating to a juror from the 2004 trial where Blagg was convicted of murdering his wife.

The defense says one of the jurors had a problem with her vision and that since the juror didn't disclose issues with her eyesight, it brings into question the juror's credibility. Judge Bottger said that nothing he saw in the documents would suggest the juror is incredible, but he is going to take another look at the documents. The judge will meet with both sides again in May.

He's grasping at straws. Society is better of leaving him where he is. We will never know where his daughter is.
