An appeal to keep a proposed strip club from being able to apply for a liquor license has been denied.
Last night City Council heard the appeal made by a local minister and decided to uphold the planning commission's decision to grant Kevin Eardley a permit to apply for a liquor license.
Originally the planning commission denied the permit twice before saying yes in February.
The club's owner is in the process of applying for a liquor license.
