Ballots are due soon if you want to cast your vote in the Grand Junction City Council election.
The election is being held by mail ballot only and all ballots must be returned no later then this coming Tuesday, April 7 by 7 p.m.
You can drop your ballot off at city hall, the old courthouse, the DMV at Mesa Mall and the DMV at the fairgrounds.
Eight candidates are running for the four seats. For information on the candidates, a Candidate Forum video has been posted on the City's Web site (click the link below) and is airing on cable Channel 12 at 8 p.m. the rest of this week.
If you do not have a ballot and would like one you can still call the elections office at 244–1662.
