An accident shut down the 29 Road bridge Monday night.
According to State Patrol, a driver was heading south bound on 29 Road around 10:30 p.m. when he struck a median, swerved and hit the other side of the road then ended up in the middle of the 29 Road bridge.
The man suffered a broken foot and was taken to the hospital.
The 29 Road bridge was closed for around an hour while crews cleaned up and investigated the crash.
Alcohol is suspected to be a factor.
