A man robs a local laundromat at gun point, leaving the owner frazzled and the Mesa County Sheriff's Office looking for the suspect.

At a little after eight o'clock a man entered Soap & Suds on the I-70 business loop and showed a gun, demanding money.

The owner handed over some cash, and the suspect took off through the front door on foot.

The Mesa County Sheriff's Office is still looking for the suspect.

The owner of Soap & Suds says she's shaken after this morning's events, but calming down.

The store is still open for business, and keeping regular hours.
