CRIMESTOPPERS ALERT: Copper Thief Caught on Tape

Crimestoppers is asking for your help to catch a thief.

Police released surveillance video showing a suspect in the back of the LA Lousiana restaurant on Colorado Avenue.

Investigators say the suspect damaged a refrigerator to steal copper tubes in order to sell them for money.

The restaurant says the man caused more than $4,000 in damage.

If you have seen the suspect or have information about the crime, you are asked to call the anonymous Crimestoppers tip line at 241–STOP.

Crimestoppers will pay up to $1,000 for information leading to an arrest.
