A man is in critical condition after authorities say he was thrown off of his motorcycle over the weekend.
That crash happened just before 9:30 p.m. Saturday along Highway 330 near mile marker three.
Colorado State Troopers say 34-year-old Roy Rice was driving down the highway when he missed a curve, drove off the road, and was thrown off his bike.
Crews found him at the bottom of an embankment in a ditch.
Officials say he was not wearing a helmet and was rushed to the hospital with injuries to his head, pelvis, and chest.
Troopers say they believe speed and alcohol are factors in the crash.
