Oil and gas workers in the field have a new resource when it comes to dealing with wildlife.

EnCana teamed up with the Colorado Division of Wildlife to produce a training video for its employees and is offering the video to other oil and gas–related companies.

The video includes information on wildlife, properly disposing of trash to avoid attracting animals, and how to minimize human impact.

Officials say it's not all about what not to do. The video also provides information on the hunting and fishing resources western Colorado offers.

DOW officials the video it makes training thousands of workers about Colorado's wildlife easier, especially since many workers are not from the area.
