Palisade Teacher With A Special Need

One local school teacher is hoping her students can help her foot the bill for her education. Tammy Fisher is a special needs teacher at Palisade High, and with her students help, hopes she can win the "Upromise Tuition Tales" contest.

The contest is open to anyone who thinks they deserve ten thousand dollars for college. whether they're planning, attending, or still paying for college. All she had to do is submit a thirty second video quickly explaining why she should win. "I hope that people who vote for me realize how I give back and the people who want me to give back will vote for me over the others."
