Traffic and sewage are flowing back to normal after a line break shuts down a major intersection.

The intersection of 29 Road and North Avenue in Grand Junction are back open.

Friday afternoon, a four-foot sink hole caused by a broken sewer line shut down traffic in the area.

Crews worked through the night to repair the sewer line.

City officials say the intersection was back open by 4 o’clock Saturday morning.
