Grand Junction Police are still searching for a man who robbed the Rite Aid pharmacy on 12th Street with a gun Friday morning around 11 a.m.
Police say the man is white in his mid-20s with very short, buzzed reddish hair. He was wearing a long-sleeved, blue shirt with stripes and faded blue jeans.
Officers say he was armed with a handgun and walked into the pharmacy where he demanded employees hand over prescription drugs. There were two employees in the area at the time. No one was injured in the incident.
Investigators are following leads and looking over surveillance video. Anyone with information is asked to call Crimestoppers at 241-STOP.
