Tense moments today for passengers and crew aboard Allegiant Air Flight 394 from Las Angeles to Grand Junction.

The flight was redirected to Las Vegas after smoke was reported in the cockpit. Tyri Squyres, director of Corporate Communications Allegiant Air, says the flight 'landed safely and without incident' in Las Vegas. The flight left LAX at 1:25 p.m. and was scheduled to land in Grand Junction at 4:25 p.m.

She says there were a total of 135 people on board, 126 passengers, 4 children riding on the lap of an adult and five crew members.
