The Swine Flu is prompting local businesses to learn how to better plan and prepare for a possible pandemic or big emergency in the future.
That was the theme of a Emergency Preparedness Seminar held at Sanitary Supply Corporation’s Grand Junction.
An official with the Mesa County Health Department discussed health issues, flu transmission, and when to see a doctor.
The seminar also covered Preparedness Kits, like how much water and food you would need in a worst–case scenario.
