With the start of summer comes a list of things to do outside, but if you're bored with the usual games of golf and tennis, there might be one sport that will really get your heart racing.
This sport isn't for those with a fear of heights, but if you're ready to take to the skies, then Paragliding might be for you.
This may not be the kind of sport you're going to pick up next weekend.
But it might be the sort of thing that worth trying at least once in your lifetime.
Our KKCO Photographer Dave Jones recently popped in on what's called a gaggle of Paragliders.
They were at a place called the Point of the Mountain, in Draper, Utah.
One of the gliders was a Colorado native, who only picked up the sport about a month ago.
He says it's a thrill you've got to try.
"It's a ball. When you've got all the bucket list full, there's something else you've got to do. Might as well have fun doing it."
You don't have to go to Utah to get your Paragliding kicks.
Sweet says he knows of places in Telluride, Aspen and Crested Butte and closer to home, there are paragliding places in Reeder Mesa and Glenwood Springs.
You can check that place in Glenwood Springs, called Adventure Paragliding.
It's a good way to get a taste for the adventure, because you can start out by going tandem.
