Bond has been set for one of the suspects accused of trying to kill two people on Orchard Mesa this weekend.

25–year–old Tommy Lee Perez remains in the Mesa County Jail on a $1 million bond, facing charges of accessory to commit second degree murder.

The Mesa County Sheriff's Office says he and his brother, Joshua Perez were responsible for a double shooting at 297 Boston Lane Friday night.

One victim, 36–year–old Anthony Garcia was shot twice and another victim, 24–year–old Clinton Waters was shot 3 times.

Officials say both men received emergency surgery, but their conditions are unknown at this time.

Officials say Joshua Perez, who they believe pulled the trigger, also remains in custody.

His bond has not yet been set.
