Lets face it, times are tough, and parents, if you've got to work all summer, you need someone to watch your kids.
Here's how much you can expect to pay to get them out of the house and to have some supervised fun.
Since the ever–popular Moon Farm closed, some parents have found themes searching for a new place to bring their kids... luckily there are certainly places to go.
If you want your kids to expel some energy, try out the Kidsplex summer programs. The children's center was first built for it's gymnastics program, now it is a place for children to have a great time during the hotter months.
It costs about $25 to drop your kid off for the day.
If you want your kids to get their Picasso on, Creative Avenues may be the best place to send them.
The downtown daycare will teach your kids fine art, ad even a new language.
Depending on the program, yu can bring your kids as many weekdays as you want for $300-$400 a month.
If that isn't enough, the city has all sorts of programs Concentrating around sports and art.
Each program costs $50-100 per week.
So it may not feel like summer's here with all of the downpouring rain, but remember school's out, and there a lot of options for your kids to have fun in the sun.
