Grand Junction Police are investigating a robbery at Vectra Bank on F and 24 Roads.

It happened just before noon.

Investigators say a man walked into the bank and demanded money from the tellers.

Workers told investigators they did not see a weapon and no one was injured.

There were no customers inside the bank at the time.
Police are not saying how much money the suspect got away with.

They are looking for a white man about 25-years-old, 5’ 7”, with a thin build wearing a dark colored shirt and blue jeans.

Officials say he left the scene in a white cargo van with two windows on the rear door and red stripes on the rear doors near the bumper.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crimestoppers at 241-stop.

The bank has reopened for business.
