Bond has been set for a man accused of attempted murder.
Robert Rodriquez is being held at the Mesa County jail on a $500,000 bond.
However, since he's also being held on a probation violation he will not be able to bond out.
Rodriquez is accused of shooting a man six times at the Chateau Apartments on May 31 and then eluding police for more than a week.
He was arrested yesterday and will be back in court later this month to be formally charged.
