Denver (AP) - King Soopers workers are set to vote on a new contract offer this week.
Workers in Denver area and Fort Collins stores vote will vote Monday and those in other parts of the Front Range will cast their ballots Tuesday and Wednesday.
King Soopers is accusing the union of disrupting business by sending representatives to stores to talk to workers on the job and hand out union fliers and buttons. The company went to federal court last week to ask a federal judge to intervene but a hearing isn't scheduled until Thursday, after voting wraps up.
The union says it has a right and a duty to inform workers about the contract they're voting on.
