Garfield County Investigators are done working a crime scene where a dismembered woman's body was found late last week.
Officials tell us today search efforts and evidence collection wrapped up Sunday evening in the orchard where the body was found just outside Glenwood Springs.
They also say Canyon Creek Road, which had been closed during the investigation, is now open to traffic.
Friday morning the road was closed after a worker reported finding a body inside a bag.
Garfield County officials confirmed it was a woman's body.
They say she had tattoos and extensive dental work and was between 20 and 35 years old.
She has not been identified yet and officials are asking anyone with information about the case to contact them at 970-945-0101.
They also say few details are being released because this is an ongoing investigation. 11 News will continue to bring you updates as they become available. 11 News spoke with Mesa County authorities about the case and they say they have no reason to believe the body is that of missing Grand Junction woman Paige Birgfeld.
