11 News has learned more about a crash that sent two people to the hospital over the weekend with serious injuries.

Police are not releasing the victim's names at this time in case they take a turn for the worse.

The crash happened Saturday evening on 30 Road near Teller Court.

Police say a man and a woman were riding on a motorcycle when a truck changed lanes and they crashed into the side of it.

The motorcyclists were not wearing helmets and were rushed to the hospital with serious head injuries.

No tickets have been handed out yet and police say they are still investigating the accident.

They are looking to see if speed played a part in the crash.
