A Grand Junction woman is dead after rolling her car on Interstate 70 Sunday.

Troopers say speed and alcohol were factors in the crash.

The accident happened at 3:30 p.m. on I-70 near DeBeque.

State Patrol says 49–year–old Teri Pooley was driving eastbound when she lost control.

Her vehicle slid 62 feet on its side then rolled twice.

Pooley was ejected and thrown 70 feet during the crash.

She was taken to the hospital where she later died.

The crash is still under investigation.
