Effective today, more veterans will be eligible for benefits in the Veteran's Affairs healthcare system.
In 2003, in an effort to save money, high income veterans were bumped from the list of those who could receive medical benefits from the nation's VA Healthcare System.
Today the income eligibility limit was raised but officials say each veteran needs to see if they are eligible.
