Jury Deliberating Vehicular Homicide Case

A jury is deciding the fate of a Fruita man accused of causing a deadly crash that killed his girlfriend.

Jade Huskey is on trial for vehicular homicide.

Colorado State Patrol says huskey was driving drunk three years ago on I–70 at more than 100 miles an hour when he went off the road and into a guardrail.

He and his passenger, Molly Gomez, were thrown from the car.

Huskey says investigators got it wrong and he was not driving.
