While the recession takes a swing at Mesa County home prices, many folks are hesitant to sell at a lesser value than they paid.
So how about renting it?
Turns out, the rental market may not be as saturated as some feared.
A local property manager of six homes and Realtor says she’s not renting her home as quickly as in the past, but she’s still getting calls.
She says if you're selling your house to buy up, now is a great time, but if you're selling just to sell, hang on...and maybe find a renter, looking to buy, but for now, just buying time.
