A man is under arrest after his rock crawler bounced off his trailer causing an accident.

Colorado State Troopers say just before 10 p.m. Tuesday the man was driving on E 1/2 Road when the crawler came loose and fell off, causing an accident.

Police say the man claimed his chain broke. They say he also refused a breath test, and was arrested. In Colorado, refusing the test means automatically lose your license for one year.

No one was injured in the accident.

So why is it important to tag it as a ROCK CRAWLER? How about VEHICLE? Nothing like painting something in a bad light whenever possible. Looks like the trailer came loose from the truck vs the vehicle coming off the trailer. It caused what kind of accident? Why is this about a specific kind of vehicle instead of the ACCIDENT?
