A Grand Junction man accused of helping to beat a homeless man to death has pleaded guilty.
Forty-five year old Arthur Boyer faced a judge this morning to enter the plea on charges of accessory to manslaughter.
Police say Boyer and 46-year-old Michael Bateman were living in a homeless camp of off Power Road when they beat up another homeless man, Todd Pierce, after the three got into an argument.
Boyer's sentencing is set for September. He's facing one to six years in prison.
Bateman is behind bars on a $500,000 bond until his next court hearing.
