As the investigation into Valley Investments continues, hundreds of people who invested what could be millions with the company are slated to get their first update on whether they'll see that money again.

Attorney Kirk Rider, who was appointed by a Denver court to take control of the company's assets, will host a teleconference for investors on Friday July 24.

He says he will discuss what actions he's taken so far and what the company's finances are looking like at this point. He will then take questions from investors.

The teleconference is scheduled for 10:00am. Rider is asking investors to call in a few minutes early so everyone is ready to go at the beginning of the conference.

To participate, investors can call the toll free number 1-877-229-8493. After dialing that number, enter 15030 to join the teleconference.

Rider says the teleconference will be recorded and placed on the Valley Investments Receivership website. Callers will also be able to leave a recorded message or question for him without being in the public conversation.
