Forty six-year–old David Mank is behind bars after police say he checked into Community Hospital under a false name and social security number and tried to get pain medication.
A doctor told investigators she noticed the patient should have been 21 and thought Mank looked a lot older.
She said she also saw a social security number written on his arm.
When it wasn't adding up she called police.
Mank is now facing several charges including criminal impersonation, fraud and theft.
He's being held in the Mesa County Jail on a $75,000 bond.
