Veterans no longer have to have a service-related hearing loss in order to qualify for hearing aids.

Due to a recent policy change any veteran with hearing loss who is eligible for care with Veterans Affairs Medical Center may now receive hearing aids.

Veterans who think they qualify must request an evaluation through their primary health care provider at the Medical Center.
