A man accused of stealing millions of dollars from local investors is taking the stand in federal court in Denver.
Philip Lochmiller, the owner of Valley Investments, didn’t say much under his 5th Amendment right.
Local Attorney Kirk Rider, who represents the victims, is seeking a permanent freeze on Lochmiller’s assets including several houses, pieces of land and antique cars.
The hearing will reconvene Friday morning.
