Crossfit is a workout phenomenon, with over one thousand facilites world wide. Each workout is fairly short, but the trainers pack a whole lot of punch into each minute. Movements are designed to mimic those used in everyday life instead of isolation moves typically done in the gym. Pull-ups, kettlebell swings, and lots of squats are normal in this workout. Can't do any of those? Don't worry, there are plently of modifications to help you out. You'll work your way up to the real thing.
If you're up for the challenge, this is a great workout. It's short, to the point, and it will leave you feeling great.
