Eyes where looking to the skies, as planes cruised by hundreds of people for the Montrose Airport Appreciation Day.
At the Wings and Wheels show there where dozens of classic hot–rods on display. Plus kids enjoyed free young eagle flights and even got the chance to climb into the pilot chair of a World War II plane.
The event was free to everyone and showcased all three types of World War II planes.
