Want to keep your kids off drugs? Experts say you can start by having a family dinner.
Mesa County Commissioners are hoping to keep that idea rolling and proclaimed Monday Family Day in Mesa County.
The County, along with other groups like the Partnership for Children and Families, say frequent family dinners can help keep your kids out of trouble.
They recommend sitting down with your little ones at least once a week and starting the tradition of family meals at a young age so it carries into their adolescence.
