Grand Junction Police say they foiled a burglary overnight.
It happened at the Grand Mesa Little League.
Grand Junction Police responded to an alarm going off in the building overnight.
When they arrived they say they found 24–year-old Daniel Lautenschlager trying to flee the scene and had to detain him at gunpoint.
After investigating, they say they found he had broken into the building, causing damage to it and stolen some items from inside.
He was arrested on charges of 2nd Degree Burglary, Criminal Mischief under $500 and Theft under $500.
