Officials are warning of another scam hitting Mesa County, this one has to do with driveways.
They say the victim pays for their driveway to be redone but the work never gets done or is done poorly, then the contractor makes off with the cash.
The Better Business Bureau says don’t fall for it and if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
Check with the Better Business Bureau and do research on a company before contracting with them.
