If you live in Clifton or Fruitvale there’s an important meeting you need to know about.
Some citizens in the area are pushing for annexation into the City of Grand Junction and they want residents to know about the pros and cons of annexation.
The first meeting day is Wednesday, Oct. 7 at Grand Mesa Middle School. The second is Tuesday, Oct. 13 at Clifton Elementary School. The third is Thursday, Oct. 15 at the Clifton Community Hall, 126 Second Street.
There will be two meeting times each day at 6:30 and 8 p.m.
There’s also information about the possibility of annexation on the County’s Web site, click the link below to find out more.
