Many people rely on seasonal jobs to help them out of a tight wallet during the holiday season, but this year it may be a little harder to find one.

The holiday season is approaching fast and people are already searching for the job that will bring in some extra income.

Gilbert Lujan with the Mesa County Workforce Center says employers have stopped advertising.

"In past years, we've definitely had a spike during this time for the holiday season. Just retail specifically. Just gearing up and ramping up for the holidays but we just haven't seen that this year," says Lujan.

Local company Enstrom Candies says it's is looking for a number of people in sales and to work on computers.

If you would like to know more Enstrom Candies is holding a job fair on Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the store at 7th Street and Colorado Ave.
