City crews are working to fix a 20” water main break.

It happened at 12th Street and D Road at around 4:30 a.m. Thursday.

Five businesses are without water, including a brickyard and Last Chance Liquors.

City officials believe colder temperatures may have cause the line to rupture and say because it’s so big it will take awhile to fix.

A crew from Montrose has been called in to help locate a fiber line before any repair work can start.

It should be fixed between 3 and 5 p.m. Thursday.

No roads are closed by expect some delays in the area.
