Starting Monday October 19th expect some delays if you drive along the Riverside Parkway due to lane closures.
The city typically requires a one year warranty period on capital improvement projects and after conducting their inspections, they found the parkway is performing well, but that there are a certain amount of warranty issues that require repair.
The list includes small areas of concrete pavement, curbs, gutters, sidewalks and tree replacements.
The warranty work is expected to continue through the end on November.
