FRUITA, Colo. (KKCO) - Earlier this week 11 News brought you the story of a two-year-old boy who was seriously assaulted last weekend.
We even talked to Justin Duncan, the man who was arrested on misdemeanor charges stemming from the incident.
Now 11 News had learned Duncan was arrested again and is being held in the Mesa County Jail on several charges, including cruelty to a child, possession of a dangerous weapon and burglary
He was re-arrested Wednesday night.
Duncan denied causing multiple injuries to a toddler while he was taking care of him, saying his injuries came after falling out of a chair.
His bond is set at nearly $50,000.
