DELTA, Colo. (KKCO) - The snow caused a power outage in Delta overnight.

Delta dispatch called the Delta-Montrose Electric Association to report that customers at the Thomas Waldo Bar heard a large bang, then the lights went out.

The outage was due to snowloading and dropping tree limbs. Power was out in the area for a little less than five hours.
