MESA COUNTY, Colo. (KKCO) - The Mesa County Meth Task Force released new statistics Monday showing it is winning the fight against meth.

According to the new numbers, Mesa County is seeing fewer meth arrests and criminal filings than in years past.

Over the past few years the District Attorney’s Office, the Grand Junction Police Department and Mesa County Sheriff’s Office among others, helped to create successful anti-meth programs and make the community safer.
