Grand Junction, Colo. (KKCO) - Some businesses may boom when the snow falls, but certainly not everybody.
The falling flakes causes local sales to freeze, including the local fun park Bananas.
Bananas owner Chris Burns says they are stuck in the ice when the temperatures drop, but this year, their new indoor Pavillion should provide year-round entertainment.
Inside, a full array of the popular summertime attractions including the bump and jumps and they have enough space for dinner and dances.
Problem is. right now they are slow, very slow.
The early Christmas "gift" from mother nature shut down the batting cages and bumper boats.
On top of that, Burns says many familes may not even realize Bananas is still open.
