GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) - A Grand Junction man who is accused of scamming at least 400 investors out of nearly $30 million was in Grand Junction Federal Court Tuesday.
According to Public Affairs Officer Jeff Dorschner, Philip Lochmiller Sr. did not enter a plea because he was an appointed an attorney who needs more time to review the case and speak with her client.
Lochmiller will be back in court at the end of the month when he is expected to enter a not guilty plea.
