Hi, I'm writing this on behalf of a friend. She lives in Grand Junction Colorado and in desperate need of financial assistance with her utility bill. What resources do you have or do you know anywhere else I can direct her. She has a son and works full-time but is barely and sometimes not even making ends meat. thanks
