GJPD searching for Sonic break-in suspect

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) - Grand Junction Police are looking for someone who broke into the Sonic on Highway 6 & 50 and stole cash.

They say the suspect smashed out a window to get inside and stole more than $1,000.

The break-in was discovered by employees as they showed up to work Sunday.

Police are following up on leads and evidence found on-scene. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 241-STOP.
