GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) - A local retirement village played host to a senior health fair on Tuesday morning.
The Atrium in Grand Junction hosted dozens of seniors for a free health check.
Seniors got free screenings on blood pressure, cholesterol, and hearing aids, as well as information on safety, skin cancer, and dehydration.
Employees with the center say the golden years are best enjoyed if you're in the best health possible.
The health fair was made possible thanks to volunteers and local businesses who offered to help out, especially the Mesa State College Nursing Program.
